Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee the end-to-end proposal development and production for federal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposals from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring compliance and quality
• Write and edit proposal sections, develop narratives, and coordinate reviews with stakeholders
• Oversee proposal production activities, including formatting, graphics coordination, and final assembly

Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience managing the full proposal lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs)
• Formal proposal training or industry-recognized certification (e.g., Shipley, APMP)
