Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of proposals for government and international organization solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal management for various opportunities and provide ad hoc proposal support
• Integrate cross-functional teams to implement capture strategies and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
• Write, edit, and oversee proposal content, production, and delivery while maintaining proposal content libraries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in government proposal management
• Demonstrated leadership of proposals valued above $25 million for Federal agencies
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and ability to tailor processes to various proposal types
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management, and collaboration tools
