Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager, Mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead timely, compliant, and persuasive proposal development for complex pursuits
• Provide support and guidance for capture planning and strategy development
• Facilitate color reviews and analyze debriefs to enhance proposal strategies

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
• Experience leading business proposals in environmental, infrastructure, or mining sectors
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of proposal best practices and tools
• Familiarity with desktop publishing software and collaborative tools
