Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager, Mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of timely, compliant, and persuasive proposals for complex projects
• Provide support and guidance for capture planning and strategy development
• Facilitate color reviews and participate in Go/No-Go decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in leading business proposals in environmental, infrastructure, or mining sectors
• Understanding of effective proposal and presentation best practices
• Proficiency in desktop publishing and presentation software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality
