Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex proposals in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of large-scale proposals and responses to solicitations
• Ensure compliance with proposal guidelines and coordinate with subject matter experts and technical writers
• Manage proposal timelines, edits, and internal approval processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
• 5+ years of relevant proposal experience, including management and writing, with at least 2 years in DoD proposals
• Bachelor's degree preferred in English, law, philosophy, history, or related fields
• APMP certification or active enrollment is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with editing and publishing tools
