Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager - Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal delivery, ensuring compliance and timely submission
• Collaborate with stakeholders, coaching sales teams and SMEs in proposal best practices
• Ensure compliance and quality assurance by directing proposal outlines and adherence to regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in government proposal management with a track record of producing winning proposals
• Strong knowledge of industry proposal best practices and government acquisition processes
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; APMP certification is desired
