Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from RFP release through submission, coordinating with capture, technical, and pricing teams
• Decompose RFPs into compliance matrices and annotated outlines to guide writers and align with evaluation criteria
• Translate requirements into winning proposal structures and messaging, identifying gaps and competitive positioning

Required Qualifications

• Experience in growth-stage companies with the ability to manage ambiguity and build processes
• Strong proposal leadership and project management skills, including experience with color team reviews
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT services domains
• Proven experience managing U.S. Federal Government proposals with knowledge of FAR/DFARS
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines while ensuring compliance
