Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead RFP processes and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs and RFIs, including content development and submission
Maintain and improve the content library and proposal templates in collaboration with Marketing
Analyze proposal outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Five years of business-to-business writing or RFP development experience
Experience managing RFP automation tools and content governance
APMP certification is a plus
Experience in financial, FinTech, or digital banking industries is preferred
