Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee the RFP and RFI processes while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires, ensuring high-quality, error-free responses
• Build a thorough understanding of the company's products to facilitate accurate proposal creation
• Collaborate with product management and relationship management teams to respond to client-driven requests promptly

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-8+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP writing, or technical writing, preferably in banking, fintech, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of digital banking products and online/mobile banking technology
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and content management tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Highly organized with a proven ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines
