Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of proposals for government markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle for DOW opportunities, including RFPs and unsolicited proposals
• Lead proposal kickoffs, reviews, and ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables
• Collaborate with various teams to develop compelling proposal content and ensure compliance with requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience managing DOW or federal government proposals
• Deep understanding of DOW acquisition processes and compliance requirements
• Proven success in crafting persuasive proposal narratives
• Exceptional project management skills and experience with proposal management tools
