Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of major proposals within the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in developing complex proposals to create compliant and compelling deliverables
• Set overall strategy for proposal development and maintain decision-making authority
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate proposal strategies to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience
• Professional registration or certification desired (e.g., APMP, PMP)
• AEC industry experience, particularly with large program management proposals
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
