Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to support opportunities in state and local markets.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements of state and local pursuits and prepare detailed proposal outlines
Manage proposal development from start to finish, including drafting content and organizing reviews
Coordinate with internal resources and support subcontractor selection based on scope requirements

Required Qualifications

BA or BS Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a technical-related field
3-5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in engineering or environmental sectors
Experience with government format and custom proposals
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, and Adobe
Willingness to work non-standard hours and travel occasionally for in-person meetings
