Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee the execution of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires for the global Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires from initial intake to final submission
• Maintain the Responsive (RFPIO) content library by updating question-answer pairs and metadata
• Coordinate project timelines and lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing RFPs, DDQs, and Security Assessments within Cloud or SaaS software organizations
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and RFP automation software
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing and editing for cybersecurity or IT-related products
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with fixed external deadlines
