Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and sales proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of RFP/RFI/proposal responses, acting as a liaison with various business units
• Drive the response process by facilitating inputs, managing deadlines, and escalating risks
• Maintain response trackers, ensure submission readiness, and perform compliance and quality reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Project Management or Proposal Management certification is a plus
• Minimum 4+ years of proposal coordination and/or project management experience
• 4+ years of experience writing sales proposals and responding to large-scale RFPs
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience with collaboration tools and managing online meetings
