Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of proposals in the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing complex proposals and ensure compliance and quality of deliverables
• Collaborate with capture teams and subject matter experts to create compelling narratives and visuals
• Facilitate proposal meetings, conduct reviews, and mentor proposal teams on processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 10+ years of progressive proposal management experience
• Professional certification in proposal management or project management is desired
• Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
