Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of proposals in the critical infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in creating complex proposals that meet client needs and differentiate from competitors
• Set proposal development strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide mentorship to team members
• Facilitate proposal meetings, oversee document preparation, and ensure timely delivery of all proposal materials

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals is highly preferred
• Professional registration or certification in proposal management is desired
