Job Summary

Proposal Manager, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of proposal development for Federal Government pursuits in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete proposal process including compliance tracking, content development, and final delivery
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to create compelling and compliant proposals
• Support the use of AI tools to enhance proposal quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal management or coordination within a technology-focused Government contractor
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of Federal Government acquisition processes and familiarity with FAR
• Knowledge of AI/LLM tools and a commitment to improving proposal workflows
• B.S. or B.A. degree is highly preferred
