Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join the Legal team in a full-time remote position, responsible for leading the response efforts to customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires while showcasing the company's cybersecurity capabilities and compliance posture.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end RFP response process, coordinating resources and tracking deadlines across multiple proposals
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure clarity and alignment with customer requirements, while maintaining consistent messaging
• Partner with the Legal team to ensure accurate representation of contractual terms and maintain knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity industries
• Proven track record of managing complex RFP responses and winning competitive enterprise deals
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with proposal management tools and CRM systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks
