Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading a proposal team in the development of high-quality, compliant proposals for biomedical research, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage proposal responses, collaborate with business development teams, and ensure timely submissions while refining processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage proposal response teams to address client requirements and ensure timely submissions
• Collaborate with Government BD and Capture teams to establish proposal plans aligned with win strategies
• Organize, write, edit, and format proposals using Emmes templates and content libraries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related discipline required
• Minimum 3 years of full-time proposal management experience
• Experience with government solicitations, including IDIQ, GWAC, and BPA proposals preferred
• User-level experience with CRM and Content Management Systems, such as Dynamics 365 and GovDash preferred
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
