Job Summary

Managing the proposal process remotely, the full-time Proposal Manager will write, edit, and project manage RFPs/RFIs while collaborating with Sales and Client Services to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and write persuasive proposals incorporating qualitative and quantitative information
  • Follow RFP Process guidelines to create and manage production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to enhance proposal quality and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in proposal writing
  • Experience in contingent workforce management services or technology solutions is highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • APMP Certification preferred
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
