Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end proposal operations, the contract Proposal Manager will manage RFP responses, develop proposal content, and create marketing collateral while working remotely in Texas.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the full proposal and RFP response process from opportunity evaluation through final submission
• Develop high-quality proposals, statements of work, and client-facing deliverables with support from AI tools and internal subject matter experts
• Create marketing collateral including capability statements, pitch decks, presentations, and other business development materials

Required qualifications:

• Experience managing the full RFP/RFQ response lifecycle from intake through submission
• Strong proposal writing, editing, and technical documentation skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in a professional environment
• Experience developing and maintaining proposal libraries, content, templates, and tracking systems
• Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts within cybersecurity, IT services, or related industries
