Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage the entire lifecycle of proposal development, collaborating with attorneys and marketing teams to create tailored proposals and responses to RFPs while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process from initial scoping to delivery for complex RFPs and client-facing opportunities
• Draft, edit, and finalize persuasive proposal content, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
• Serve as a strategic advisor on proposal strategy and track proposal metrics and ROI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree or legal certifications preferred
• 6+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience responding to complex RFPs for legal services or similar professional services clients
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
