Job Summary

Leading and coordinating proposal efforts, the full-time remote GovCon Proposal Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop high-quality responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs while managing multiple proposals simultaneously.

Key responsibilities
  • Develops and manages proposal plans, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of responses
  • Leads proposal teams through planning, organizing, and analyzing requirements, including conducting status and color review meetings
  • Writes and edits proposal sections, synthesizing information from various sources into cohesive, persuasive content
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, business, marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and writing federal government proposals, with a total of 8 years of professional experience
  • Thorough understanding of federal contract proposal processes, RFP documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced environment
