Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end proposal development process, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will produce high-quality, compliant proposal responses while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle for medium to high complexity pursuits, ensuring compliance and timely submissions
• Review RFP/RFI documents and create, maintain, and format proposal templates and supporting materials
• Coordinate proposal activities, facilitate workshops, and track milestones while maintaining strong communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of experience with Loopio or another proposal/RFP response management platform
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and shifting priorities
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with expertise in Microsoft Word
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
