Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and strategic Proposal Manager, the full-time remote position will lead the development of compliant, compelling, and competitive responses for U.S. federal government opportunities in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, and Facilities Sustainment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal process, ensuring high-quality, creative, and compliant submissions
• Conduct market research and develop RFI, SSN, and proposal solutions for federal opportunities
• Lead proposal teams, coordinating resources, roles, and responsibilities while conducting compliance reviews

Required qualifications

• BS or BA in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related A/E/C field
• 10+ years of proposal development experience, including 5+ years in A/E/C proposals for federal agencies
• 3+ years of experience leading proposal teams and analyzing RFP/RFQ packages
• 3+ years of SF330 Federal Proposal experience
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
