Job Summary

Managing complex RFPs and RFIs, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will drive successful proposal projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the RFP response process for assigned pursuits across various sales teams, both domestic and international
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate the response team to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and timely submissions
• Monitor market trends and develop strategic proposal messaging to enhance win rates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a proposal manager for SaaS solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Journalism, English, Proposal Writing, or Marketing preferred
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal best practices
• Proficiency in software tools including Adobe, MS Office, and Google Workspace; experience with proposal management software is preferred
• Familiarity with construction project management processes and workflows is a strong plus
