Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and strategic Proposal Manager for AECM Solutions, this full-time remote position will lead the development of compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals for U.S. federal government opportunities in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the full proposal process, ensuring high-quality and compliant submissions
• Conduct market research and coordinate with proposal teams to assign roles and responsibilities
• Lead Color Team reviews and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements for final proposals

Required qualifications

• BS or BA in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related A/E/C field
• 10+ years of proposal development experience, including 5+ years in A/E/C for federal agencies
• 3+ years of experience leading proposal teams and analyzing RFP/RFQ packages
• 3+ years of experience with SF330 Federal Proposal format
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
