Job Summary
Seeking a forward-thinking Proposal Manager, this full-time remote position will own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for high-value enterprise accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling responses and leveraging AI-driven insights to influence strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and orchestrate the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for strategic accounts, acting as a strategic consultant to deal teams
- Utilize AI tools to generate and optimize proposal content while maintaining brand voice
- Analyze post-RFP data and trends to provide actionable insights that shape product and commercial strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in proposal management, technical writing, or strategic go-to-market enablement
- Proficiency in using AI tools and modern proposal automation software
- Experience working with international sales cycles and diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and translate data into strategic insights
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent practical experience
