Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support multiple business units in a Shared Service environment, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will plan, develop, and produce proposal deliverables, ensuring compliance and effective collaboration among stakeholders to secure winning positions on RFQs and RFPs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the proposal development process, including team roles, timelines, and compliance for RFQ/RFP submissions
• Organize and lead bid review meetings to establish and convey winning strategies
• Oversee the assembly and production of complete submissions that meet all RFP requirements

Required qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in project management, with strong knowledge of the Aviation/Aerospace market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or MS Dynamics CRM
• Demonstrated team leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple proposals with dynamic priorities
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
