Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end proposal process for government solicitations, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will ensure compliance and quality while collaborating with Business Development teams to develop winning strategies and manage proposal timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the proposal process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Task Orders, ensuring compliance and quality
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategies and create compliant proposal materials
• Manage proposal timelines, assignments, and deliverables, including conducting color team reviews

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of the Federal Procurement Process and the FAR
• Experience leading proposals for Civilian and/or Department of Defense agencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web applications for collaboration
• Experience with proposal compliance audits and delivering solutions to federal clients
• APMP certification or formal Shipley proposal training is a plus
