Job Summary
Leading the development of compelling customer-facing proposals, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will create high-quality proposals, manage workflows, and maintain a centralized library of reusable content to support business growth in K-12 education.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage proposals for new business opportunities, renewals, and RFx submissions
- Create professional and visually compelling proposal documents customized for district-specific needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop winning proposal responses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in persuasive, deadline-driven technical writing, including RFP responses and complex business proposals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience developing and organizing digital content libraries and knowledge management systems
