Job Summary

Leading the development of compelling customer-facing proposals, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will create high-quality proposals, manage workflows, and maintain a centralized library of reusable content to support business growth in K-12 education.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage proposals for new business opportunities, renewals, and RFx submissions
  • Create professional and visually compelling proposal documents customized for district-specific needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop winning proposal responses
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in persuasive, deadline-driven technical writing, including RFP responses and complex business proposals
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience developing and organizing digital content libraries and knowledge management systems
