Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end RFP process, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will collaborate with stakeholders and produce high-quality proposals for healthcare technology prospects, leveraging advanced writing skills and project management experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the full proposal lifecycle, from solution development to submission
• Lead proposal development and strategic planning activities for assigned bids and RFPs
• Coordinate with technical subject matter experts to create compelling proposal content and graphics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field; AMPM certification is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing large, complex proposals
• Proficiency with RFP AI Automation Software
• Experience in project managing the RFP process
• Ability to create unified and persuasive documents under tight deadlines
