Job Summary

Leading the development of high-impact federal proposals, the remote Proposal Manager will manage the full proposal lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create win strategies, and drive process innovation using automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle for federal bids, from kickoff to submission
• Collaborate with Capture and BD teams to develop win strategies that align with agency missions
• Drive process innovation using automation tools to improve proposal speed and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience leading proposal efforts for federal government contracts
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and the federal acquisition lifecycle
• Experience with various proposal types (e.g., prime/sub, technical, staffing)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
