Job Summary

Experienced in fast-paced environments, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage the entire proposal process, create compelling proposals and presentations, and support business development efforts for prospective portfolio clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the proposal process from strategy and content development through draft revision and final submission, ensuring alignment with client requests
  • Create and manage collateral for business development and existing business efforts, including proposals, presentations, and case studies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, enhance boilerplate content, and develop new materials as needed
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of relevant proposal management, business development, and/or marketing experience
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate services, managing proposals, presentations, and custom collateral
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail
