Job Summary

Managing the pursuit tracking system remotely, the full-time Proposal Manager will oversee pre-sales processes, ensuring timely proposal submissions and effective communication among team members while maintaining accountability across active opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the pursuit tracking system, ensuring accurate deadlines and statuses for all active pursuits
• Run weekly pursuit standup meetings, facilitating discussions and updating tracking systems in real time
• Proactively monitor pursuit health and engineer capacity, escalating potential risks to ensure deadlines are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, pre-sales support, or proposal management
• Proficiency in Smartsheet for managing tracking systems and creating reports
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and communicate effectively with technical and sales teams
