Job Summary

Leading the development of compelling proposals for government opportunities, the remote Proposal Manager will manage the entire proposal process from kickoff to submission, ensuring compliance and clarity while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and submission of proposals for federal, state, and local government opportunities, including RFPs and RFQs
  • Analyze solicitations and develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and content plans to keep teams aligned
  • Write and edit proposal content to effectively communicate the organization's strengths and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field
  • Six or more years of experience managing proposals for federal government agencies
  • Proven success leading the full proposal lifecycle for complex federal pursuits
  • Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes and government contracting best practices
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services organization serving government clients is preferred
