Job Summary

Managing multiple proposal efforts simultaneously, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will lead the development of winning proposals for federal contracts, ensuring compliance and coordination among stakeholders from kickoff to submission.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee proposal efforts, including document management, schedule creation, and stakeholder communication
• Review solicitations to ensure compliant responses and lead proposal reviews following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and maintain a library of standard proposal materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years of relevant experience managing proposals for the Department of Defense or related agencies
• Expert understanding of federal contracting requirements and proposal compliance
• Strong familiarity with Shipley proposal management processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
