Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Proposal Manager will lead and manage the development of complex proposals, ensuring compliance and responsiveness while maintaining high decision-making authority in a contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team in crafting compelling proposals and set overall strategy for proposal development
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate proposal strategies to senior leadership
- Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and write non-technical portions of proposals
Required qualifications
- Approximately 12+ years of proposal management experience or equivalent
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification such as APMP or PMP preferred
- AEC industry experience, especially in large program proposals, is highly desirable
