Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Proposal Manager will lead and manage the development of complex proposals, ensuring compliance and responsiveness while maintaining high decision-making authority in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in crafting compelling proposals and set overall strategy for proposal development
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate proposal strategies to senior leadership
• Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and write non-technical portions of proposals

Required qualifications

• Approximately 12+ years of proposal management experience or equivalent
• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification such as APMP or PMP preferred
• AEC industry experience, especially in large program proposals, is highly desirable
