Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Proposal Manager will lead the development of complex proposals, set strategy for proposal initiatives, and manage stakeholder relationships in a contract capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to develop compliant and compelling proposals that address customer needs
  • Refine proposal processes and best practices while maintaining high decision-making authority
  • Facilitate proposal meetings and reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time submissions
Required qualifications
  • Approximately 12+ years of proposal management experience or equivalent
  • Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification such as APMP or PMP preferred
  • AEC industry experience, especially with large program proposals, is highly desirable
