Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Proposal Manager will lead the development of complex proposals, set strategy for proposal initiatives, and manage stakeholder relationships in a contract capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to develop compliant and compelling proposals that address customer needs
- Refine proposal processes and best practices while maintaining high decision-making authority
- Facilitate proposal meetings and reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time submissions
Required qualifications
- Approximately 12+ years of proposal management experience or equivalent
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification such as APMP or PMP preferred
- AEC industry experience, especially with large program proposals, is highly desirable
