Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Managing all stages of the proposal development process, the full-time Proposal Manager will create compliant and compelling proposals in response to government solicitations, collaborating with Capture Managers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee proposal development from solicitation release to submission, ensuring compliance and clarity
• Engage with Capture Managers to develop proposal strategies and consolidate input from multiple authors
• Facilitate Color Reviews and manage the formatting and version control of submission documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in proposal management, particularly in federal consulting
• Experience leading proposal volumes and drafting oral presentations
• Familiarity with AI tools for proposal writing and editing
• Training in formal capture/proposal methodologies, such as Shipley Proposal Training
