Job Summary
Leading a team in developing complex proposals, the contract Proposal Manager will work remotely to create compliant and compelling deliverables while managing stakeholder relationships and optimizing proposal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the proposal development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and accountability
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members and capture teams, while refining proposal processes
- Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and write non-technical proposal sections, ensuring compliance and quality
Required qualifications
- Approximately 12+ years of proposal management experience or equivalent
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills
- Certification such as APMP or PMP preferred
