Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Contract Proposal Manager will lead the development of complex proposals, ensuring compliance and responsiveness while managing stakeholder relationships and guiding team members through the proposal process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage proposal development teams to create compelling deliverables that meet customer needs
- Set proposal strategies, maintain decision-making authority, and ensure accountability among team members
- Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and write non-technical portions of proposals
Required qualifications
- Approximately 12+ years of proposal management experience or equivalent
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills to guide diverse teams
- Certification such as APMP or PMP preferred
