Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team to develop complex proposals, the remote contract Proposal Manager will lead strategy, ensure compliance, and deliver compelling narratives while maintaining stakeholder relationships and optimizing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage proposal development teams to create compliant and compelling deliverables
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship while maintaining accountability and motivation among team members
• Conduct detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and oversee proposal production schedules to ensure timely delivery

Required qualifications

• Approximately 12+ years of proposal management experience or equivalent
• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams
• Certification such as APMP or PMP preferred
