Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing corporate team, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage the full proposal lifecycle, including development, strategy, content design, and technology integration.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the proposal development and management process from inception to submission
• Collaborate with teams to create compelling content and design for proposals
• Integrate AI tools and implement process improvements for efficient proposal management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of proposal development experience, preferably in government consulting
• Familiarity with GSA schedules and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Proficiency in federal procurement platforms, including eBuy and GovWin
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Word and desktop publishing software like Adobe InDesign
