Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end proposal operations, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage RFP processes, develop compelling proposals, and collaborate across teams to enhance business development efforts in the cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete RFP response process, from opportunity evaluation to final submission
• Project manage proposal development, ensuring compliance and coordination across technical teams and leadership
• Draft high-quality proposals and marketing materials that articulate technical capabilities and value propositions

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation in a professional setting
• Proven ability to build and iterate workflows and processes based on outcomes
• Strong writing skills for diverse audiences, including technical evaluators and executives
• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple deadlines collaboratively
• Familiarity with technical concepts and business nuances in the cybersecurity field
