Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of RFP responses for healthcare organizations, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage the proposal process from kickoff to submission, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling and compliant proposals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the full proposal lifecycle, including strategy, writing, editing, and submission
• Manage proposal planning sessions and project cadence calls to ensure timely execution
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal development with stakeholders to enhance competitive positioning

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience leading complex proposals and RFP responses independently
• Strong critical thinking skills to create persuasive and unified documents
• Proficiency in RFP AI Automation Software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels
• Strong communication skills to interface effectively across the organization
