Job Summary

To drive business growth, the remote Proposal Manager will manage the proposal development process for RFPs and RFIs in the healthcare and medical device sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the proposal development process from concept to final submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Tailor proposal content to client needs, highlighting unique capabilities and competitive advantages
• Maintain and organize a repository of proposals and supporting documents for easy access and version control

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare industry RFP experience or B2B content writing experience
• Exceptional written communication and proposal writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Google Suite and proposal management software
