Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Managing the development and completion of RFP responses, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will oversee content management, facilitate internal collaboration, and maintain the RFP repository while supporting the Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the completion of RFPs, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with bid documents
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and hold internal teams accountable to strict client deadlines
• Support proposal response database and tracking tools while continually updating content based on market feedback

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in the healthcare field
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Strong analytic and research skills
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
