Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will lead the development of tailored client proposals, manage the proposal lifecycle, and collaborate with attorneys and marketing teams to enhance business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the proposal process, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with various internal teams to create persuasive and tailored proposal content
• Track and report on proposal metrics and provide strategic advice on proposal positioning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience responding to complex RFPs for legal services
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
