Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will lead the development of tailored client proposals, collaborating with attorneys and internal teams while managing the entire proposal lifecycle and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process from initial scoping to delivery for RFPs, RFIs, and other client opportunities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to draft and finalize persuasive proposal content
• Track and report on proposal metrics and provide strategic advice on proposal positioning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree or legal certifications a plus
• 6+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in a law firm or B2B environment
• Experience responding to complex RFPs for legal services or similar professional services
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
